Buy to let was launched in 1996 by the Association of Residential Letting Agents and the Mortgage lenders to help private individuals to invest in property to let without paying commercial rates or mortgage surcharges. What Does It Cost
The cost of our Buy To Let Service is 0.75% + VAT of the purchase price of the property chosen. We initially require a fee of £200.00 (non-refundable) paid in advance to begin our search and this fee will be deducted from the outstanding balance at the time of purchase.
