Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Request

An Energy Performance Certificate assesses the energy performance of a property. The most energy efficient property will get an ‘A’ mark and the least a ‘G’ Mark . These Certificates have to be carried out by a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor.

It is a legal requirement for all Landlords to have a valid EPC before their property can be let or marketed. This law came into effect on 1st October 2008. A valid EPC will last for 10 years.
