It is important that when you rent out a property you are adequately Insured and Rooftops have this covered for you. Just contact the office and they will give you any details and prices you require or you can go online directly to our Insurers.
Deposit are now held in Government Schemes and Rooftops register any deposit we hold on a management proepryty within 14 days of receiving it. Any deposits held by Let only Landlords are forwarded to them and they have to register and send you the details.
