TENANTS GUIDE TO THE NEW TENANT FEE ACT 2019 AND PERMITTED CHARGES FOR AGENTS We are members of The Tenancy Deposit Scheme (Membership number G03344) and have Propertymark client money protection (Membership number C0002002). NON HOUSING ACT TENANCIES Rooftops charge an administration fee of £250 + VAT, (£300), for non housing act tenancies.
